Fitness has been a passion of mine since the 8th grade. From
that time, I have made fitness a part of my life. I believe
fitness is the so called "fountain of youth". There is no denying
that people who consistently workout have less health problems, feel
younger, and a lot of the time, look younger.
The main reason people fail when it comes
to fitness programs is because they are not making it a part of their
life. Simply working out for a month and quitting does not lead to
a healthy life. Fitness is something you have to keep up with.
Find something that is fun for you involving physical fitness, and keep
with it.
I hope this page helps you find an
activity that you find fun so you can make physical fitness a part of
your life. Try to concentrate on improving muscle tone AND
cardiovascular conditioning. Both areas are important for long
term health.
Most of all, take everything in small steps. Rome wasn't built in
a day, rather brick by brick. Set a goal for yourself and work one
step at a time to reach it.
